Accelerated Program

At Brookline College, your Associate of Applied Science degree can be earned in as little as 1.25 years. Your bachelor’s degree can be earned in as little as 2.5 years.

There are no national exam requirements for the MLT program, but after completing the MLS program, students will be qualified to sit for national certification exams administered by the American Society for Clinical Pathology or the American Medical Technologists.

In as little as 64 weeks, you can earn your Associate of Applied Science degree and begin your career as a Medical Laboratory Technician. Our Medical Laboratory Technician program offers both daytime and evening options, and will prepare you for this exciting career path by helping you build a solid foundation in various laboratory concepts, theories, and applications. By learning how to collect, process, and secure samples, you will gain the necessary skills to help scientists, researchers, and pathologists detect, diagnose, and treat diseases.

Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) Program:

The Medical Laboratory Science program at Brookline College is designed to prepare students for entry-level positions in the clinical laboratory. Graduates of our bachelor’s degree program learn how to perform and evaluate the laboratory tests that detect, diagnose, and treat disease.
